Second letter to President Reagan (Condensed)
Dear President Reagan,
I speak to you because Our Sheppard has stirred our hearts,and made known to us His Plans. I write to you so that you may see. I
wish to speak with you so that you can hear.
Put no trust in those apostles who are false,they are liars from the beginning. Put them to the test,if they have merit they well
remain true,freely giving that which they have received.
The bear has awakened,and its hunger is great. It has been allowed to sleep and grow strong because of East and West tensions.
Both sides seeking to make it their ally. They will side with their hearts with no nation. Only taking that which they can use against
them. ( Iran Contra Affair and airliners)
Their hunger is great for they have had a long sleep. It makes their claws and their paws great. This hunger keeps fear far from
them. They have established themselves in all countries. Some of our own,great in the eyes of many,have joined their voice. They
sleep no more.
Their Blessing( Ishmael in Genesis 17:20) was established long ago to Hagar's son. They are a wild people who seek to dominate the
world. They have oil a plenty to purchase their needs. This was given them from the beginning.
No matter what they think of their crusade,it is holy. For they are doing what Our Father hath promised. The devil also does what
Our Father tells it or allows it.
You must do more than shake hands with the Russians,for before it is all over we will need them,and they us.
This nation was founded under Our Father,indivisible. Well,we have already been divided once,and now more so than ever. If this
country would regain its greatness,then it must return to the wisdom of its forefathers. Our laws must not run asunder of the Laws
of Our Father. This country is turning the faithful and elect faces from it. Our cries are great.
Listen and turn this country unto righteousness before Our Messiah removes the candlestick from His presence. Help to keep this
a land of plenty,a land of the free.
IF NOT ALL I CAN PREDICT IS MORE FAMINE,AND DROUGHTS THE LIKE OF WHICH WE HAVE NEVER SEEN.

I write to you because there is still time to grab the helm and steer this country to its rightful place. It is no wonder that our
foreign policy is going nowhere. We must first clean the inside of the cup if it is to be clean. Let our nation not be as the whited
sepulchres,but filled with life in abundance.
The number of the seed of Jacob that well enter heaven is numbered,but the gentiles are of a multitude that can't be numbered.
This country is the birthplace of many of these.
Of all the kings of this earth you have been chosen to lead our Mother's Children. Let not your hands grow weary but steer this
country to its destined and planned for place under Our Father.
Let not our concern for individual rights,blind you and the Supreme Court from the Laws of Our Father. For when tradition runs
asunder from the Laws of Yehoshua,then it is time to break from tradition.
Let the elect once again be able to not only pray for this nation,but to turn their faces and look upon it with respect and honor.
Our Mother's Children throughout the history of this country until now have preached against one man lusting after another. Now
we protect the wicked under law and persecute the righteous without a cause. WAKE UP ! And protect our Mother's Children
from the wickedness of this generation. At least put them back into their closets and maybe they well pray for redemption,not
teaching our Mother's Children in our schools.
If prayer is not allowed in our schools why are you letting homosexuals to teach there openly? Woe unto those that give suck in
those days...I don't read about Jerry Falwell giving women a religious stance on birth control,but my wife is having her tubes
tied,FOR THESE ARE THOSE DAYS. Abortion is murder.
You chose the vacant seats in the Supreme Court. Make your decisions religious and not political for this country needs guidance

The letter to the State courthouse in Huston County Georgia for a speeding ticket. 55 MPH on interstate highways was insane. How it
made criminals of us all. That Congress had no right to pass an emergency act of congress without martial law being declared. That
the act was null and void. That the only way they could make states enforce their act was to threaten to take away highway funds.
Extortion and threats and that Americans need to stand up for their rights and freedoms or they well find one day that they have none.
That the states should have asked us to vote and not allow our legislatures to go against their constituents.In a later letter to congress I
again warned that the original Emergency Act of Congress over the 55 MPH speed limit
set a dangerous precedent,and that they now were taking the same course to make seat belts mandatory. This time two states voted
on the issue and said no. So,Congress took it out of states hands and made it a federal law,threatening,extorting,and blackmailing the
states into submission once again. Threatening them with their own money collected at the pumps in there own states. This is the rule
of law?This is freedom in America?Some would say,"What's the harm?"Then our insurance companies took our money(premiums)and
bribed congress to go against our desires again by making federal drinking ages. This time 7 states had voted for years to have an 18
year old drinking age,and Iowan Legislators.
Governor Celeste of Ohio said this is BLACKMAIL and Extortion! I will fight this all the way to the Supreme Court. Ohioans voted for an
18 year old drinking age several different times.I wrote Governor Celeste a letter thanking him for his words. When it came time for Ohio
to be in compliance or lose highway funds he and 7 other governors IGNORED THE WILL AND THE VOTE OF THE MAJORITY and
changed the law. Rule of law?States rights?10th Amendment?Democracy in America?Land of the free?
3rd and last letter to Governor Celeste
Dear Governor Celeste,
This letter is in regards to my conversation with a Mr Severin(?)(Who called me when I was loading a uhaul to move back to Toledo)in
your criminal justice department on December 1,1987.
From what I was able to understand from the conversation;by the way,Mr, Severin(?) should have coached Marlon Brando for the God
Father,was that you have finally settled a dispute with Michigan and have given Toledo and Lucas County back to them ! He stated to
me," That you have no jurisdiction over the courts in Lucas County and Toledo,and if I returned to Toledo to face charges that I could
expect no help from you or your office,that there is nothing you could do."
What did you get in return for giving Toledo back to Michigan? Five percent of their highway funds for the next few years?
How convenient it is for Ohioans to have you as their Governor. You were bred for job,Richard Celeste. Since I was an Ohioan and I'm
sure one of your most thought of acquaintances, I'll call you Dick;Yes, Dick Celeste,and since your such an agreeable guy,you should
make a rubber stamp to show how agreeable you are and put your initials on it,( D. C. ). Then when your constituents want to know
where your policies are coming from, you can merely stamp D.C. ! Since your a thrift minded man everyone will know that you imply;
Washington.
When you take the polling machines out of Ohio(Cause you ignored the will and the vote of the majority concerning their votes on the
minimum drinking age) you can replace them with temples. Everyone in Ohio can face East and bow to D.C. and its images made by
hands whenever the music plays. Oh ! But some well say,"We are Christians,and can't do this," Tell them,"That's right,we can't bend our
knees to baals. So just bend your elbow and put your hand on your heart,or bend your elbow,keep your wrist straight and salute the
works of hands whenever the cornet,sackbut,psaltry,dulcimer,and all kinds of music sounds." Then you can slap your personalized
rubber stamp on the papers and make it official, D . C . !!!
Some people might not like this reply,so you could say,"Hey,the Ohio Regiments fought and died to win the Civil War so that my rubber
stamp could be valid. If your forefathers hadn't have fought so hard I could use the stamp that says," Ohio ! "
Or maybe you could say," If the Governors before me had made better schools and better educated the people,then they would have
fought with the South and Freedom."
I'm glad you helped show my fellow Ohioans what a plight they're in. Its really very simple to understand,OHIOANS ARE TOO DUMB TO
VOTE !!!
To show how dumb they are,you rubber stamped their voice right out of existence ! You agreed with the Supreme Court that OHIOANS
ARE TOO DUMB TO VOTE !!!
I know that you and your cohorts aren't worried though. You have seen that they're not too dumb to have sense. Just listen to," Four dead
in Ohio," it plays on the radio a lot. Ohioans are smart enough to know about abuse and intimidation. If they get out of line again,just
send the National Guard to Kent State again,and they'll all run home and you won't hear a peep out of them for another 125 years or so.
These are hard words for hard times. Our men are slaving in the factories and our women are out gathering straw. Who is watching
and teaching our children?!
Since I took the liberty of using your initials you might want to look at mine; J.O.. Yes,I'm prepared to go to jail for what I believe. You don't
have to lock me in a boxcar to take me to the oven,I'm prepared to die for what I believe in ! Yes,I believe and follow the laws and
testimony of Yehoshua.
I finally got some sense and returned to the land of my grandfather. He got mixed up and went North never to return,although he wanted
to. I will stay in the heart of Dixie where the most fighting took place. I hope you all ain't to dumb to come in out of the cold. With all my

I sent this letter and the others to all 6 Governors who ignored the will and the vote of the majority concerning the drinking age.I also
sent them to radio stations and newspapers. Governor Celeste was running for President at that time. Suddenly he wasn't and no one
heard a word about it again. He didn't ever run again for Governor either. I wonder why?
Why do I care?I've always known that America's motto is,don't make waves. That you can say anything you want as long as you don't
piss the wrong person off. Anytime anyone has made the wrong official mad they have paid the price. Freedom?Who will publish what
you have to say?This government has put more than a bushel basket over anyone truly sent by Our Messiah.
I care because currently,I can believe anyway I want.I can worship whoever I please.I would absolutely hate it if I was told I had to bow to
the Pope or how I was to worship.I would hate it if it was against the law to teach my children how to worship Our Messiah. How long
will we be free to worship as a matter of our conscious?
Well,that about sums up my first few letters.I have added some current events just to show how my earlier concerns(Prophecies) have
panned out. There is no democracy in America. Why are we trying to impose our ideas of freedom and democracy on other
countries?Just what exactly is the rule of law? Ignoring the will and the vote of the majority? Ignoring the bill of rights? People with the
gold rule?
Of course these letters were placed in my VA file,and at my next evaluation for disability by VA was an extraordinary event In Nashville VA
Hospital April,7th,1988 ( By now my file contained 3 letters to Governor Celeste,2 to President Reagan, 1State courthouse in Georgia,1
To the people of homes) I got a copy of my file years later and it was sanitised,but,the complete review by Robert Adams,M.D. was in
there. At the end of the first paragraph; Yet later in the interview the patient presented copies of long tangential letters, which he has
written various people, WHICH DO SEEM TO IMPLY THE PATIENT HAS THE GIFT OF PROPHECY.
